Patricia Yip is CEO and founder of Ace Business Consulting International Ltd. She graduated with a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Mathematics from RMIT University, Melbourne, and a top MBA graduate from Charles Sturt University, Australia.

She has over 25 years professional experience, including over 15 years working experience with Fortune 500 companies including Xerox, Nike, American International Underwriters and Ericsson; plus 10 years experience running her own business coaching, training and consulting company.

Trained in Australia as a business coach with Action International, the World’s Number 1 business coaching company, she was awarded Action Hong Kong’s Business Coach of the year and Coaches Coach of the year award for 3 consecutive years. She has also lectured EMBA course at Shenzen University China, Macau MBA program, Advance Diploma in Hospitality at Perth Institute Western Australia, Professional Diploma in Chief Brand Officer at Hong Kong Productivity Council, Tsing Hua University DBA students in Beijing.

She is Hong Kong Productivity Council’s Strategic Partner in Branding, was one of the judges and presenters of the prestigious “Greater China Best Brand Enterprise Award 2007and 2008” organized by the Hong Kong Productivity Council, as well as “The Hong Kong Best Retail and Customer Service Award 2005”.

Patricia has contributed many business articles in Hong Kong Trading Express magazine and Hong Kong Economic Journal. She was frequently featured in the media, including Hong Kong TV, magazines and journals, frequently invited to speak in corporations, associations and universities, including: IBM, Hong Kong Government Trade Industry Department, Hong Kong Productivity Council, Hong Kong University USPACE, Macau University MBA faculty, Hong Kong Government Trade Industry Department, Back to Work Foundation, Junior Chamber International, Hong Kong Life Underwriters Assurance convention, Hong Kong Business Starter Association, America Hong Kong Electronic Association, etc...

Fluent in English, Putonghua and Cantonese, Patricia has a passion for achieving excellence. She has an innate skill to inspire and bring out the best in the people she works with. She is an outstanding trainer, facilitator and business coach with extensive experience in program design and establishing in-house training programs. She developed and implemented a number of training programs to drive management development, including leadership development, customer service program, coaching for excellence, enhance sales, and helping companies developed vision, mission and culture to energize leaders and team to extraordinary performance.

Her clients are many, including branded public listed company, manufacturers, retailers, servicing industry, airline, Jockey Club, chamber of commerce, and government bodies in Hong Kong, China and South East Asia.

葉羚英是凯思国际企业有限公司创始人及总裁，具有十分丰富的工作经验及创始业务在中国，香港，澳大利亚，马来西亚及亚太地区。她是澳洲Charles Sturt University的工商管理碩士及澳洲墨爾本RMIT University的數學理學士。

她擁有超過二十五年的專業經驗，其中包括超過十五年的工作經驗在多間蜚聲《財富》500大跨國公司如施樂 Xerox，耐克Nike，美國國際保險AIU和愛立信Ericsson; 擔任不同的職務，分別有系統控制經理、商務分析員、企業重組顧問、銷售及市場推廣、以及運作發展經理；另十年创始自己的商務教練，培訓和諮詢业务。

葉女士曾受訓於世界頂級商務教練公司Action International亞洲區的商務教練。她曾榮獲Action香港區的「最傑出商務教練獎」和「總商務教練獎」。曾獲邀於深圳大學教授EMBA課程及西澳洲學院Western Australia Institute教授文憑課程。
