Rule #1.Passion. Love what you do. You have got to love what you do. Because no matter how hard you work, if you don't love what you do, you are going to give up eventually. But if you love what you do, you will enjoy doing it, you will persevere until you succeed. Work becomes a pleasure (instead of pressure) when you truly enjoy the journey.

Rule #2. No matter how smart you are, you need a team of great people. You must know how to seize great people up very quickly...and be able to build the organization that eventually build itself...You really need great people to help you succeed..." That's why Steve Jobs and Bill Gated only hire the best A+ people to work in their companies.

Donald Trump said it well: "Business is easy, people are hard". Get your people right, your business will be easy.

Less is More

Our life is limited. We don't have a lot of present moments left in our life. Life will be a lot easier and happier when we learn to work smarter and live wiser.

We cannot have every thing in life; so stop worrying or working too hard on unfufilled things that you don't want. Instead, focus only on what you want. The problem is most people don't even know what they want. They live by the day busy doing doing and more doing; and ended up getting more and more frustrated, exhausted and still not getting anywhere.

The solution is simple: less is more. Really focus on what you want: focus on your vital fews; and let go of the unnecesary or unimportant stuff. Clarity is key to success. Be clear on what you want in your life. Dream big. Write them down, focus on them and take inspired actions.

Clarity is smart living. Less vagueness, more clarity. Less managing, more leading. Less hatre, more love. Less control, more empowerment. Less quantity, more quality. Less taking, more giving. Less complain, more gratitude. Less worries and doubts, more joy and peace.

Your business is not your life. Your business is a tool to support your quality of life. You have the choice to say no and let go of unfulfilled stuff that do not move you towards your goals.
